how hard ass are they on cracking down the 2nd hand accounts? Just asking in general because I'm not sure if it's even allowed to talk about it here on TL,if it's not ok just ignore me. worst case scenario I would consider even gifting it to someone if the person wants a lvl 30 account for eu w as I know it's a pain to lvl those things. | ||

It is so stupidly strong right now, that I am seeing 5+ heals in pretty much every game I play. The fact it heals for the same amount as barrier, on two people, cleanses healing debuffs, and gives a MASSIVE speed buff (Shurilyias on a summoner anyone?) and doesn't have the debuff anymore is just ridiculous. Its just so much stronger then any other combat summoner theres no reason to take anything else. | ||
