It's funny, they release feral flare to help carry jungles because the cc control jungles from the past boring, ironically it's all those same junglers that ff makes obnoxious. J4, and Xin love this patch. Both pretty well free wins. | ||

Welp, testing it now, 8 ad marks/1crit chance reds, 5 flat/4 scaling armor yellows, 4 mana regen/5 flat mr blues, 3 AS quints, let's see how it goes since I need to get back into promotional series #3 to get out of low silver.... | ||
