I think you guys are all missing the point of SotD
You get it on people who have a cool crit animation, like Quinn, so you can go full chu ko nu and spray bolts wherever you please.
But I do think it's kind of like boots of mobility, in lower levels at least, since it allows you to so easily pick people off who're out of position, and is a nice way to press a vision advantage.

So basically SotD is core on anivia for instant triple backflips
|
Her passive lets you buy time until SotD is off cooldown too, it's basically a free Zhonya's

SotD / Talisman Anivia so you can try a somersault then use the boost to chase.

Yes but I use smartcast and when I press W I'm out of range =P
I wasn't being entirely serious, it was more of a satire performance ^-^

SotD is pretty good fun on Shaco. Just Q onto their ADC and kill him in half a second.

Wait Goldenglue replacing Scarra? LOL
|
I don't know how good Goldenglue is, but Scarra honestly hasn't been playing all that well for a while. He hasn't been sucking, but he never seems to carry or have a huge impact anymore.
Still, I'm really sad to see him go.

Dig without Scarra just feels weird.
But this does mean Chauster/Scarra/HSGG/Regi/Saint are all available...

Qtpie is their poster child though. Imo Scarra hasn't been playing well for a good amount of time. I'm happy he's still around in the scene though
@above:
Dyrus and Xpecial retire and CDE is reborn to stomp KR.
One can dream...

Yeah, I think Scarra's past his prime, it's just sad to see him go.
I hope GoldenGlue is alright, Dig really need a strong midlaner.
It's also a little confusing that they'd be willing to replace Scarra and not try to find alternatives to Cruzer.

Most likely it was scarra's own decision, if goldenglue plays as well as he did on col.red it may help dig catch up to the top 3. But as long as they are cruising for a bruising I don't think they'll be able to close the gap.

Based on reading it, it didn't seem all that clear to me it was Scarra's choice. It's obvious there's no bad blood, but it seems like the other 4 players and management helped him to get to his decision.
EDIT: As a fan of Dig it sucks to see Scarra go, but I do think it's the right decision. Plus, he'll be really good person to have helping out as coach.

there is no bad blood, it was a hard decision to make but something had to change with the team. This is, in our opinion, the first step in the right direction.
|
legit surprised by that announcement! goldenglue's pretty good though, i wonder how he'll perform on the big stage

RIP Scarra.
