€: although it's not a real crit, it's just called that and does some bonus damage (not double) but it says so in the ability so it should count also fun fact anivias E displays as a crit if you get the double damage so you could make an argument that it can crit hue | ||

also, are you certain on decisive strike not applying crits? to my knowledge the exact mechanics are a special case, but it should be a crit skill since the kat remake patch correction to myself: the ability damage does not crit, so garen q is indeed outside the set criteria (although the original post was a bit vague!) | ||
