Honestly, he's fairly well-balanced just ABIT overtuned. Any incoming nerfs will be closer to the recent Vayne nerf (can't Q up an AA immediately after condemning) than the Draven nerf (significantly weakening his early game to be less utterly oppressive). Lucian's a lane bully yes, but not pre-nerf Draven level. They'll probably compensate with his R actually better showing how much damage it does so it doesn't feel like shit. I have ended up near 100-0ing a squishy with it before, so it definitely does more damage than it appears IF you hit it all. | ||
