Basically this, though tbh it's partly due to red tape + laziness/cheapness on the ISP Internet companies too, not wanting to upgrade the lines that transmit the signals/information. Some cities are getting better about it, but in some cases the infrastructure is just too old to handle such traffic or such a signal. That's part of the reason why having a US city get a T1 or FIOS line is so big; up-to-date infrastructure with good/proper speeds that let servers and users get such good speeds for gaming or file transfers or what have you. As for me, I tend to average 80-100 ms ping with the Riot servers in the US, and I'm in Chicago, so it's not too bad. Though once I get a proper job I'm gonna get as close to FIOS as I can so that I don't have to worry about ping ever again. | ||

rape Dignitas attitude was always weird. Every time they lose, they have stupid excuses and talk down other teams. Also judging someone by scrims is completely retarded and NA should know that already. I'm not saying that EG guys are top dogs but they were part of the team that end up 3rd and 4th in LCS this year and saying they are 'wash up' before seeing them play in relegation is retarded. So funny this qtpie, so much words for a team that does so well in "scrims". | ||
