In theory runaans is a strong farming item on certain carries. but farming items are rarely useful for the adc role as it is in the game right now. Decent item, but just not good in LoL. | ||

Well when you build full damage, farming is rarely a problem. I still posit that it's a good item for on hit Teemo. Maybe Kayle (probably not). | ||
