You're almost always maxing Q first, so you're going to be using that for laning phase vamp and not W. In the rare matchup where you max W first, then you're basically getting the same sustain off of it as Q hitting ~4 minions. And rylais is almost never built on her until REALLY late, because it doesn't go along with the assassin build. Sure, she has this other item if she wants to be utility instead of assassin, but Rylais-utility Ahri really isn't much of a thing. | ||
