Blows not having a random international team and instead a bad EU team that slipped through a loophole. "slipped through" the other wildcard teams really all got some weaknesses and big ego's. Its pretty sad that a "top15" team in EU can win a wildcard tourney and that other regions are still far behind the current top scene's. Irrelevent to me whether EU team #15 is better than restoftheworld #1. The whole tournament just feels less international and more Europe + NA lose to the Asians. edit: hell the top Europeans are only there for the sake of variety anyway. If we based attendance solely on skill it'd be like 11 Korean teams and maybe a couple other Asian teams. We all know that NA only shot to get good standing is cloud9, but for EU all of the 3 teams got a chance to make it to the bracket and have a good standing. All of these montecristo beliebers are really annoying and i hope we can have a quality tourney as IPL 5 and have a insurrection from the "tier 2" teams (which in my eyes is not true).

Group A: SKT1 First, TSM 2 (I CAN BELIEVE DAMNIT) Group B: Vulcan 1, Gambit 2 SKT1 To take it all. Alot can happen in a month, but Faker and Crew look too hot to stop right now.

Seriously just look at her W, it's 280 base with 0.8 ratio on a 5 sec CD say what?! Her ult does 255 dmg + 1.05 AP AOE AND it gives insane mobility. Most ap don't even have that much single target dmg on their ult let alone the utility her ult has... People complain about zac and zed, but imo ahri is right up there with them. High base + scaling + mobility is the recipe for OPness, how is Riot not aware of it? its not that Ahri is OP, its a guy called Morello nerfed other mid (jayce/Khazix/TF etc) to the abyss and we are running out of option to play mid champs

Group B is a lot closer, either of the EU teams or vulcun could potentially take 2nd.

Riot is not aware of it cause not everybody plays ahri like faker Neither NA or EU stand a chance in the laning game against the koreans i believe. We will have to see how good they can outsmart the Korean teams or even outplay them with team effort. Will be interesting

I'm finding myself not liking the byes, i would love to have seen C9 vs the various teams in the group A or B pack. It's pretty likely that we won't ever get a good understanding of C9's skill on the int'l level - if they get run over by SKT, that could put them anywhere between A tier korean team skill (as opposed to S tier) and B tier EU.
