Vik and Liss get strong at similar points in the game, but I think Liss may be able to outpush Viktor at ~4 or 5 because her passive makes mana sustain a bit better, while Vik can go through a lot of mana early if he's trying to resist a hard pusher.

The matchups I find more awkward (not really counters) are the more standard mages that farm from distance and outrange me. Liss is great against assassins and gap closers, but if she always has to use E to close the distance, it's quite a bit of damage that she's losing.

Lux was a pretty rough matchup. Brand was fine, although the Brand player was really bad. Morgana is annoying, as usual.

Haven't encountered too much variety though.

I hate Kassadin as Liss. It's a matchup that snowballs VERY hard one way the other. Lissandra bullies him so hard pre-6, like much harder than most can bully Kass pre-6 so if he doesn't get good help from the jungler you should be far enough ahead to keep him shoved and shut down his roam. I go Mercs+Abyssal vs him. I think that's why Kass is so good in low elo, NO ONE BUYS TENACITY. Seriously, wtf just buy mercs 15 mpen isn't that huge compared to risking losing an advantage to Kass
