The not being able to drop leagues creates a very interesting effect where division V of every League is filled with people who just managed to scrape together a winstreak to get there, but will have to play a huge amount of games to improve to the point where they can start advancing again. Or, they manage to streak up some more (yay me). Either that, or they're the diamond/silver player that the silver player gets matched with.
