The particle is just not as wide as a lot of other things, it doesn't travel super fast, etc. Plus there's a big difference between a Varus ult that hits 1 person and one that hits 5. | ||

I feel like the last bit is an often overlooked part. If Varus ult doesn't actually spread, it can have a really underwhelming effect on a teamfight (obviously still good at pickoff, but it's the pickoff ultis that are most often whiffed.) | ||

It's like a lighter form of Morgana ult - causes enemy teams to either ignore what good positioning is, or suffer the CC (which does make the positioning not so good, doesn't it.) | ||

I guess Bryan Cranston winning 3 Emmy's for Best Lead Actor in a row vs huge competition like House, Dexter, Mentalist and Mad Men should have been a sign for me that the series is worth it :D | ||
