Also, I got up to plat 1 on my friend's account while i was banned (he was unranked and I started at gold 5 when I finished placements), and now on my main I'm stuck in gold 2. Like I've been here for months now. I dont understand how this is possible, unless the skill disparity between gold/plat is really low or something.

it's easier to go up in divisions/leagues when you have less games played. you swing a lot harder and since you can't get demoted out of leagues there's a limit to how low you can swing.
anecdote: I duo q'd with a friend of mine who had a (relatively) new account. We got him to Diamond 5 in less than a month, starting from like Silver 1. My account is only Plat 1~2 and after I stopped duo qing with him his MMR dropped to around Gold1~Plat 5. With less games, you swing harder.

Got Cass in an ARAM earlier. Had a Singed and Teemo on my team and noticed that my E would reset the CD if I hit someone with one of their poisons on them and not mine. Is this a bug, "feature" or just me being crazy?

As for jungling, AD jungling is certainly improved, and in lower levels he can snowball quite effectively.
Competitively viable? Probably not in the current jungle meta. Gut feeling says probably not. Overall, I'm actually pretty happy with the rework. Remove the abuse of AP Yi heal, AD/jungle Yi is in a better spot, etc.
The scaling true damage based on AD had me worried for a moment, but it feels fine now.

Aye, gank only when you can get a kill or you can get an objective after forcing your opponents to base/dropping them to low hp.
Yeah, to be perfectly honest I wasn't that impressed with Yi the few times I've seen him. Maybe they just played him bad.
