Do the Runic Hurrican bolts proc for additional damage when you score a crit? I know the bolts will proc life steal making BT+Hurricane a decent combo but how does the IE+Hurricane combo work? | ||

^ Hurricane applies on-hit but doesn't proc afaik. Wiki says: This item's damage scales with your attack damage and not the damage dealt by your attack. As such, it will not scale with Sheen, Spinning Axe or critical strikes. | ||

Plus when Sona powerchords, Lulu can just Q, Varus can E and you either kill Sona or take her down to 10 hp. | ||

There is an inhouse league of with high level players from the NA server, it's not quite as good as it used to be since the LCS started a lot of the LCS pros prefer to scrim but it's probly the closest thing to IXDL we have in LoL. It dosn't really have a name, It's just a teamspeak server that was set up by Jiji back during season 1, it used to be used to put together pre made 5s groups for ranked that essentially created the duo limit we have today, but after the limit was imposed they started to run pickup games. Games are generally played between 8 and midnight mon-fri so you will probly have to still solo q some if you want to keep up the regiment that you talked about, but there are sometimes enough there on off hours to throw together a game if you are really motivated. You will have to go through a trial period and I would have a pocket champion prepared because they WILL ban Syndra to test you. I'll put in a good word for you but I don't have the admin rights to create a guest password so you'll have to PM Elementz on his TL account PrinceXizor, or Scarra(TL: Gtrsrs) but I haven't seen Scarra on the channel in forever so he might not be an admin anymore. anyway best of luck. | ||
