This shouldn't happen, you can keep him from proccing his passive like ever and your Q cooldown is such that it allows you to extend the trade enough to be favorable for you. He cannot Q you safely without E and you can disengage very easily and make him eat more damage anyway. I don't see how you could possibly lose trades esp if he's maxing W first

To be fair they hardly qualify as TPA anymore. I guess it's a bad example but if the 1980-90s Chicago Bulls all of a sudden replaced their entire team except for Scottie Pippen they would be the Chicago Bulls only in name. It would make sense to support them if you were local I suppose but otherwise I'm not sure there'd be a point.

Guy had a more successful career than could ever have been expected and doesn't seem to want to play and deal with the BS anymore. Seems like not too big of a tragedy.

The problem is that TPA's playstyle as a whole could not be stable in the long run, given how the game evolved going into season 3.

When it comes to traditional sports there are more regional affiliations and people follow teams at an organizational level. With team eSports there is way more allegiance to the specific players. That's why so many old Copenhagen Wolves fans were upset with NiP's new roster since it wasn't even the same team anymore. I still support NiP, but that's mostly because I support Bjergsen. Or to bring it back to traditional sports it's like how people in Cleveland were upset when LeBron James left instead of just following his talents to South Beach. I guess my point is that due to the lack of specific regions for teams it's hard to be a fan of a team if there are significant roster changes. Just a weird quirk of eSports.

I normally play Irelia/Shen/Malph/Zed top and thinking maybe someone like yorick. Yorick is an awful champ and being reworked right now, don't play him plz Isn't Renekton a pretty solid top in most situations? also does anyone else see this whenever you look at the picture for his ult: ![]() + Show Spoiler + ![]() Crocodile bias. He cannot Q you safely without E and you can disengage very easily and make him eat more damage anyway. I don't see how you could possibly lose trades esp if he's maxing W first I said I almost lost them. I'm not talking about early trades (since his spells are level 1 anyway, and there was a bunch of jungle action that game which was the reason I ended up ahead). Kha's Q damage is a bit stronger than Panth's at low level due to cd and higher base+ratio at level 1, and his ult gives him around 150 additional magic damage at level 6 (with passive procs). He would try to run from the wave to bait me in isolation range using the stealth, and I'd take the baits because I was winning the trades anyway and looking to kill him — it's just that despite the items advantage and managing my passive I'd take more damage than I'd have expected. (Panth can't really disengage from Kha'Zix either because of his W slow and E while you only have W to stun him and walk away. It generally isn't a problem because higher base MS and Q range lets you kite a bit if you've got some initial room, and Panth having stronger harass means that you should be the one to decide when a trade occurs anyway.)

Saying that Toyz isn't one of the best mids in the world is pretty ridiculous, but I guess that's a product of GPL and the SEA scene generally being undercovered. The Allstar thing was definitely him outthinking Misaya, but he destroyed Rapidstar in lane in both sides of the Karthus/Anivia matchup in S2 finals, which was really something. EDIT: TPA did very well the first part of S3, but there's been two many changed for both TPA and League for things to work out. It's a real shame, but at least I can hold my head up and say that my team won S2 championships and was one of the best in the world from S2 to a few months into S3.
