Don't think there was any doubt there.

What do you think of Botrk IE starts on adcs? Obviously they lack a bit of synergy with themselves, but they're probably the two strongest adc items as far as offensive power goes. I don't really like getting them back to back because they don't really help each other, but isn't it technically the strongest start for an adc who's doing well and can get them rather fast? I guess I don't really know why anyone rushes them back to back, but I do agree they're both strong items. I think IE + PD into botrk makes more sense to me, but what do I know? I normally go botrk > pd > ie on caitlyn, varus and ashe. I don't like skipping the pd/shiv early because I don't want to miss out on the movement speed during the mid game which is just too helpful with kiting for me to overlook even though it's less damage. How do you kill anything not named minions lol? That build is 0 dmg for first 40minutes 0.o. I KILL MORE MINIONS MY DEAR. Seriously though when I think about it you're probably right it's just how I've always played since I never really learnt what order to get items I've just got like this intrinsic mentality of lifesteal item (In this case botrk) > Zeal item > IE > LW > Defensive item it's a habit build into me which I should probably teach myself to break. You don't need bork on either 3 of these until maybe later in the game. For cait go ie>zeal>lw(sneak a vamp if necessary)/for varus bt>zeal>lw with q max(sometimes lw before zeal is good too)/for ashe I'd go standart ie/shyv/lw(again sneak vamp if necessary).2 dorans+lifesteal runes is enough if behind otherwise don't get a 2-nd one.ONLY get vamp first if in dire need but generally bf first is best on everyone.

Here 2 members invited 3 new players and are officially still NiP. Could the other 3 players invite 2 new players themselves and form a counter-NiP? Which would be the real one then with the LCS license?

Well none of them are outright removed, merely benched so strictly speaking all 5 are still NiP and therefore hold the seed. It's an interesting thing though I don't think neegodbro/thetess/svenskeren can really be allowed to make a claim to LCS with a new team at this point it'd just be way too much hassle and let's be brutally honest, the team is at the end of the day all about bjergsen.

Yeah I dont think they would do that. Also the official announcement was not quite correct. Svenskeren was not benched, he stepped down by his own decision, because NeeGodBro got benched and he only wanted play with him. Anyway, my question still stands. Just theoretical, if a LCS team splits up, which part of the team can claim to be the real team then and be in LCS with new members they invite?

Officially it'd probably be the majority (Like see how SKT T1 released reapered's team but everyone but beezlehan left with him so they get SKT's OGN seed) but I get this feeling in reality the star of the team would probably get it so say EG falls apart and splits between froggen/wickd and snoopeh/yellowpete/krepo I get a feeling that it'd be froggen/wickd's side that would get it since froggen is the star of EG.

That last notion cant be true. Not if the other 3 were serious in opposing the 2. Majority would make more sense. But in this case I would still wonder what kind of "voting right" the official subs would get. Because they are also official team members.

Since aAa has taught everyone to take their subs seriously the sub players would probably be the "tie breakers" and it'd likely be determined by who the subs choose to side with. Still I don't think outright leaves will happen, even if fights broke out management of their teams probably has them all bound to stay at worst subs to retain their seeds that's all speculation though.
