You can't hold a ceremony in on an empty stadium ![]() But yeah, Chinese are sore losers, just play on CN and you will see. Flame, blame everywhere, I've played like 250 ranked games on CN(and about 600 normals) and only 20% of that has no flame and rage etc. Another reason is Chinese don't like Koreans, in their hate list Japan is number one, the 2nd place is Korea. If it was NA that beat them in the final, I think they would felt better than the Korean beating them. Thats how serious it is. As an Asian country, they tend to connect politic/history with sport event. Korean has very serious national pride as well, it just the way it is in East Asia. Ofc, there are still alot of well-manned fans in China but I think the number of no-respect fans are very high. Being Chinese myself, this is sad but certainly believable. Hopefully, there was some other reason besides complete lack of respect for the foreign players. The Dota 2 G-1 League Finals had a proper ceremony with people cheering for foreign teams.

Plz no, I mean it would be amazing, but I wouldn't be able to go there ![]() Id love to have it in Europe for easy viewing (being selfish), but I assume they would do it either in Taipei (because former champions) or in the US, most likely US again. With some luck and with the proper interest World finals might be in a huge ass stadium in the US. We, the fans, proved we could easily fill the Trojan stadium and crash any ticket site ![]()

the atmosphere at the arena last year really felt like it was a gigantic party for everyone involved in Riot. also because i enjoy driving there when it takes me 20 minutes instead of having to fly somewhere lol

Trailers aren't supposed to show you what a game is like these days or what the game is going to be about but rather they just show cool cinematics and duels that people can follow along with. All games this popular generally have interesting cinematic trailers.

Hardly anyone who plays lol know much about it. if you watch the behind the scenes thing for the cinematic, they make it clear that the movie was 'a gift for lol players.' just a way to show fan appreciation by bringing some of the most iconic champs to life. not really an advertisement for the game

In that sense, I preferred, say, the dominion trailer, that showed stuff happening rather than a sequence of duels.
