I think it banned because Pokemon scene trying to eliminate RNG. | ||

Yeah, but if you have two pokemon, one with a choice scarf, one with a Quick claw and the same move set the the Choice scarf better 4 times out of 5, and four times out of five any item choice stronger than quick claw. | ||
