If you're speaking Chinese or Korean, I'm reporting you since you should go to the correct server and not ruin my experience. Pretty much everybody in NA CAN speak English to a certain extent. Spanish is not that prevalent except lower US I'd imagine. I don't report people for speaking spanish despite the fact I don't speak it or read it(mostly, it has some similarities). It only becomes a problem when they refuse to communicate in english for the purposes of playing the game. There's absolutely no reason to report somebody for speaking a language other than english in chat unless they don't attempt to talk with the rest of the team in english. There are tons of native Chinese and Korean speakers in Vancouver, many of which don't speak or write English well enough to feel comfortable communicating in an online game. Should they be forced to play with an extra 100 ping just because you don't like having to use pings and simple language? E-highfive fellow vancouverite. I have a friend who's an exchange student. When she texts she uses an excess amount of punctuation and emoticons to get her point through, mostly because she's worried people will misunderstand her if she misuses words. Apply that to an online game where people have total anonymity and it's easy to see why people who aren't proficient at english have a fear of using it when there's a fear of getting judged by total strangers.

Haha honestly it makes sense for Lee to get higher farm early on since he's far more powerful mid than late so he can use that early farm to get Kog everything later.

Yeah in the game vs Eclypsia it was apparent that CLG made a real effort to let Pete have the farm. As a consequence he carried that game. But against M5 when froggen was on Anivia he totally forgot about it again. It was actually quite hilarious to see how Froggen always used his spells to intentionally lasthit minions just a second before Kogmaw could get them. I guess he just cant help it.

You should not speak foreign languages in team chat. This is a pragmatic thing; it's much harder to pardon someone who said something in a different language, so you're going to attract more punishes by default. Also, I never actually see "not communicating" listed as a reason for reports when I do tribunal. Do those reports actually go through or is it a placebo report like "unskilled player"? The #1 way to never get punished is to say nothing, ever. Communicate with pings, it's not that hard (ping enemy mid turret = push mid, ping ally then ping location = come here, three pings down river = enemy coming to gank). Unless your end build is 6 boots or something there's absolutely nothing that will get you punished in tribunal.
