PBE question, anyone know if the wraiths from Wraith Collar will seek out enemies in the fog of war even if you don't have vision, or only chase if you active it before you lose vision.

Not many people are watching Westrice's stream right now, but this guy Blinzer is harassing Westrice for dying top and refusing to help him even though it's obvious west needs his help.. I am ashamed that such a guy exists in our community and I am also ashamed that Riot hasn't banned him yet. Some of the stuff that he said made me feel really sad for westrice, I can't fathom how he himself must have felt, give this guy a break.. He's made some mistakes but certainly doesn't deserve this heartless trashing that he's receiving.. Why are some people so compassionless?
