Also I think MS is important since that allows Kat to more easily outplay her opponent. I would have bought sorc boots on every AP mid I play, if it wasn't for mana issues.

Jungling Shaco in a normal, purple side My team - Fiora top, Shaco jungle, Galio mid, MF + support Shen bot Enemy - Fiora/Riven top, no jungle, Morg mid, MF Cho bot I decided I could either farm both jungles or camp bot lane, and preferred to camp because of Shen. My MF gave fb standing in bush, I ganked mid+bot early and was about 1/1/3 by level 7. We were leading about 7-3 by 10 minutes. However I was underfarmed because I camped bot a lot, but the perfect gank situation rarely came up as my MF was bad and would die during ganks, making it 1 for 1 or 2 for 1. My top laner got cocky and died once and eventually could be dived nonstop by Riven. Mids split farm the whole game. Midgame came around and I had only wriggles and a phage, enemy Riven was really rich and roamed. My AD carry randomly quit at that point, but I knew we were quite behind by then, I didn't get my team enough of an advantage even with 2 top. I think my mistake was repeatedly hanging around bot lane too much when kills were being traded, I felt stuck there because of the action. Probably should have farmed both jungles hard instead? I did pick up their buffs but neglected most of my own jungle.

Also, her W (which is main lane damage spell) only has 0.25 AP ratio. "QEW and get out"-harass is much easier with t2 boots. It also depends on how much gold you have when you have to go back.

I think my mistake was repeatedly hanging around bot lane too much when kills were being traded, I felt stuck there because of the action. Probably should have farmed both jungles hard instead? I did pick up their buffs but neglected most of my own jungle. You are Shaco, Shaco is rather bad at farming the jungle. From your description i assume it is a lower level game, in which case i would say gank a lot. Get the buffs, but nothing else from the jungle. With 2 jungles you can permanently have double buffs up, which leads to amazing ganks. You might do one round stealing the large creeps from their jungle, but don't bother clearing up the rest of it, it's not like you will really farm that a lot. After that it highly depends on how you judge top. If you think that you will win a 2v2 (for example when your 1v2 laner hits 6, the enemy gets low trying to dive her, or you can anticipate that they will soon dive her and be there in time), gank top. Otherwise, just alternate between mid and bot. If the lanes are completely ungankable (at the enemy turret), farm the jungle, but as shaco, if you see a good gank, better gank then farm, since shaco ganks, especially at lower levels, have a pretty high chance of success. If you are someone who can effectively farm 2 jungles, like mundo, amumu or shyvana, you can go for that instead, and only take the really good ganks. To be honest, 1/1/3 by level 7 does not sound THAT good for a lower level game as shaco, especially if the enemy has no jungler. I doubt that you can farm a lot more in 2 jungles then in 1 with shaco, and shaco usually doesn't even farm his own jungle that much.

He stated on stream that he dislikes Cassio cause her hp/lvl gain is garbage, so he runs runes to compensate.

Lolpro advises the HP yellows, so I dont' think its that unusual.
