honestly, Evelynn's scaling isn't the problem. She has among the highest stat growths in the game and her ulti is a scary steroid. The biggest problem is that her base stats are shitty as fuck and she also has 0 ways to get exp and farm.

When you are running a character that has natural resists built into the kit or you run 21 in defense and you are in a lane where you expect to be harassed a lot. Poppy is a good example of a character i'd use regen quints on.

I use them on Irelia sometimes if i'm going 21 defense to compensate for the hiten style nerf..

Rumble.
I just tested him in a normal game. Go 1-10-0 in lane like a boss, end game 7-11-8 dealing insane amounts of damage in teamfights.
I imagine if you don't suck horribly with rumble like me you can even win lanes, in teamfights he's beast.
Also according to some winrates apparently rumble has like 75% winrate if he gets Rylais Abyssal Wota

Try Darius. If he gets fed even 1-2 kills he can snowball so hard it's not funny anymore. When you get ganked you don't say "oh sh*t", you say "thanks for the double kill".
Then again it might be just my horribly low ELO and i could have spectated the wrong games.

I did this with friends once; I randomed into Riven and had to copy an Anivia. That was... fun. Go AP Riven, go!
Also, for good fun, if you ever find yourself as Orianna against a Zilean, Get E first. Then proceed to laugh as he wastes his mana on bombs that do literally no damage to you while you autoattack away.

Ok I only see that on solo queue streams, but god I saw that a lot. Can't afford the full item? Go back to lane with 1000 gold!

or buy those 4 minute buff potions... lots of them (including the AP potions for AD characters and the other way around)

That reminds me... are they useful in any situation before late-late game where you have a full set and too much gold?
