That's like saying Udyr Phoenix Stance is an ult, Mantra to me doesn't qualify, and ~14s cd with moderate CDR is no ult-like at all. If a person is low hp (When heals are most-needed and used) It rivals Soraka heal with no AP, and its AoE healing herself as well~ Oh yeah and it deals dmg while healing. | ||
