definitely never the best, but they were higher up in the "ranking" of players, and a lot of people who either didn't play or were worse than them have improved and gotten better than them in skill while they didnt

Hotshot not so much(although his Nidalee was obviously incredibly known and devastating), but Reginald (playing as Andy Dinh then) was pretty widely considered the best player in the game for a lot of the early going.

I don't think Regi has ever played under "Andy Dinh". Even during the beta, when the Dinhs came over to LoL and they played with Rioters, it has always been Dan and Regi.
@Roffles: it's still a trial lineup. Not official as of yet.

Yes, they are brothers. Dan's older than Regi.
