To be fair, I don't think iG's lineup is that strong after Wh1t3zz and MikakoTabe left. Probably fan bias, but I always felt they were the best players on iG.

Not really fan bias. I agree with you that Wh1t3zZ and Mikako were their best two players.

Not so much it's a surprised, it's more like people who knew Lilballz haven't seen/heard from him for over two years now since TW got banned off NA.

I'm a bit late to the party on this one but as someone with a ~80% Ezreal winrate I must say; Black Cleaver is KING. I remember a while ago people were pointing out that imaqtpie always did the exact same build (3 dorans -> black cleaver), I figure he must be on to something if that's what he does every game no matter what. I stopped building triforce ages ago, I tried BT first, I tried IE first, but nothing really clicked until I tried BC. It stacks up hella fast with your Q, and you get a LOT of attack speed and damage per hit with just that one item on ezreal thanks to your passive. The three dorans blades gives you enough sustain for most lanes. Even when you both get your phantom dancer (which you'll be ahead on since cleaver is 1k cheaper than IE), you'll be doing more dps than a typical AD with IE/PD combo because at this point in the game your Q is still hella stronk unless you're waaay behind.
For those new to AD carries, you generally want to get a phantom dancer after your first item or else you're missing out on lotsa dps. For those who want to be dyrus, this includes Jarvan where you go triforce first and then just build phantom dancers for the rest of the game. Trololol. <3 Dyrus

after about 2 ranked queue dodges you have to wait for 15 minutes before you can requeue again so it does take a while even dodging

Like LAN cafes in china? All over the place, you just need to know where to look. Tend to be kinda back alley. You will need a passport to use the computers, so dont forget it.
