I don't think anyone would say that DL is "the best AD carry." Some people might but those people are wrong. He's really good, routinely gets more CS than other AD carries, and his lane phase is really strong when he and Chauster don't tower dive. So I'd easily say he's probably like top ten in the world or so, especially if his decision making gets better.
For what it's worth, I think that Chaox, Genja, yellowpete, imaqtpie, and Cop are all more reliable AD carries.

If LoL was just laning phase in 2v2. DL is probably best AD carry, but the second it gets out of lane phase, DL is great at going full derp.

Don't really understand all the fussing from TD, who gives a flying shit of his poor positionning or the opposing team ? I linked this video to show he is good in taking very fast decisions, mechanically speaking, in small skirmishes.

You linked a video that showcased double's inability to properly access game conditions and piss poor decision making.
THATS what I hate about the clip. The play was cool. It pisses me off that no one bothers mentioning the fact that half of the video is double being stupid, and the rest is a combination of CRS being stupid and Double playing well. But no one ever mentions that part, they only see double 1v2 and assume it was an awesome play. Which it really wasnt if you actually know what is going on.

Apart from jungle being the most situational role, it heavily depends on the champion too. Being shaco or being shyvanna makes a huge difference. I doubt there really is a decent answer here.

Is it good to get if I am 2-0 or 3-0 in lane?
I think it packs a nice punch for its price.

In the heart of battles, I sometimes forgot about my Items, such as Shurelia, Randuins. A second earlier can change everything in a teamfight. I guess, even if the Summoners available for CRS were there, they probably thought Vayne was dead, or maybe they were frozen for a few seconds and just died.

Doublelift is amazing AD player tbh. The fact is that he has very poor decisions making and barely listens Saint that could fill this lack in his play.

At least 100 by 20 minutes, anything less and you're falling behind. 100 by 15 is good, though.
More than enemy jungle is stupid, jungler could be ganking to burn flashes and force backs, he could be camping brushes, being full retard etc, you don't win games by farming more than your lane/jungler, you win games by farming more than almost everyone else.
Like you can have 50 cs to 40 cs in 20 minutes top lane, and say you won your lane, but at the end you can't make any effect on the game and someone winning bottom lane by 1 kill and 30 cs with 200-170 can easily carry a game. Even if all lanes win, if you only win by 10 cs 50-40, the game will be decided by teamfights/people getting caught neither of which you will have a large effect on, if their jungler outplays your jungler in teamfights with similar CS then you might lose and you can't do anything since you're so underfarmed.

The timing for IE is too good. Getting IE and PD usually happens before anyone builds any serious armor, and by the time they start getting any form of armor, you should be well on your way to getting LW.

I know qtpie likes it on Corki in some situations because it has amazing synergy with his E. Black cleaver+corki's E is something like 80 armor reduction. Other than that, it's strictly a sub-par item for every other AD carry.

Cleaver is good when you still run arp runes instead of full ad/lifesteal and when your opponent doesn't have over 150 armour. Especially good with a heavy physical team. Last whisper better against heavier armour stacking/lots of physical abilities(cait Q/R etc).
