Karthus, Yorick, Zilean. Throw in a Trynd and a soraka you got yourself a team comp of rage inducing awesome. Not a clue how you would manage it lane wise. | ||

Even his ganks w/ wall aren't much to write home about compared to a lot of other jungler ganks. You're basically opting for an underfarmed and generally soft-as-paper AP who wants to be in the middle of a fight. Since you're so easily disrupted early, it's pretty easy to stop a Karthus jungler from every getting to a point where they can actually tank long enough to do the damage they want. The only time it seems to work is against bad players who give away free kills and let Karthus get built up. | ||
