I just got home so I'm not really watching the scrim but I wouldn't consider Urgot a counter to Kog. Kog's range means that Urgot should never get into ult range of Kog. Especially if the rest of his team are doing their jobs.

Doublelift commenting that Urgot does shit on Kog, "Now we learned something" -Sv It was an Urgot, sona vs Janna Kog btw.

They took Baron then used it to mid inhib and took two or three towers. Yeah, like I said, I didn't watch scrim so I could be wrong but I don't even know how Urgot's gonna swap Kog if you play smart. Maybe if he flashes. Basically, if Urgot is Kog counter 'cause of his ult then Urgot should be considered a counter to pretty much every AD carry because pretty much no one can outrange Kog. I guess like Trist or Corki can use their Ws to help escape but...if Urgot ult = counter to Kog'Maw I don't really see how it isn't an insta-counter to pretty much every AD. But Doublelift is smarter than me at this game and I didn't watch the scrim.

You don't sit there farming with Kog's ult: you use auto-attacks just like everyone else. It isn't just Kog ult, it's his W range too. Which was my point. If Urgot's ult = counter to the AD carry with the most range then I don't see how it isn't also considered a counter to most AD carry bottoms. Kog should be able to safely farm with W and R in lane against Urgot just like lots of AD carries who have less range can safely farm against Urgot in lane.

That's kind of disappointing they still can't properly counter Wicked in lane since he always plays the same champ...

They could pick GP to counter Irelia easily. They're trying to practice their comps with Cho, these games aren't necessarily about winning but getting teamwork with certain champions down.

I was more impressed how odd his build was and how well he still did. Zerker's (which make sense against Cho, considering he runs 21 in defense), Phage, Wit's, 2 Ruby Crystals. What's with people's obsession with these things nowadays anyway? They don't give all that much EHP. Meh. He does play Riven and Trynd and... Yeah, that's about it I think ![]() BTW: It's Neo's birthday! Happy, happy birthday, master of the LiquidParty hivemind. There were no critplanks, obviously. Otherwise I'd probably have been pushed out of lane before 5. x)

I think this monster is up there on the list of insane lategame power. champion wise that is.
