V8 have actually been improving a lot over the last couple months if you've kept up with their play. And after they beat Myboyz, Myboyz said that they probably wouldn't have much trouble beating Sypher... so to say that it's just the ping is a little insulting, especially when some of the V8 members are even a part of our TL Lol community.

I benched myself due to IRL commitments, UnstoppableX, who was always with us is jungling now, I am acting like sort of manager now. That is why I didn't stream it. I believe Ro8, semis, and finals will be played next weekend on Saturday and Sunday.

How do you know? Were the matches streamed somewhere?

v1.0.0.120 - 2011-06-22 Consume damage reduced at earlier ranks to 400/525/650/775/900 from 500/600/700/800/900 Ice Blast slow reduced at earlier ranks to 20/30/40/50/60% from 40/45/50/55/60% Those changes pretty much knocked him out of viability.

Also, EZ knock out SK. SK were late so they started the series with a 1 match disadvantage. EZ took it 1-0. Graves was up some ridiculous amount of CS on kog, something like 100cs at the 25-30 min mark. @Lex Wasn't it cause Skarner was suppressing the Nunu (so he couldn't smite)? Or were those super early smites at like 2k hp from the SK jungler? Also, congrats, you guys are facing EZ in the Ro8. I bet you guys fancy your chances at making it to the Ro4 (and consequentially, into the vegas tourney).

At multiple of the other dragons, there were chances to smite steal on the engage, but that is slightly difficult to be completely aware of the team fight, as well as smite correctly. At baron, I think nunu smited as soon as he had vision of it, so the skarner ult was just to deny consume.

I wasnt able to watch the game (Dont know if it was streamed or not) but that is so weird, why wouldnt they pause if they were on tournament realm. That seems like really unprofessional and honestly rude behaviour from Sypher. Especially since from what youre saying its obvious there were lag issues. I simply cant think for any reason why they would have a problem pausing.
