Mostly HS. He has valid points, though. Renek at 10% for like 2 minutes, 4 of the enemy team at dragon, 5 of CLG. HS wants to force a fight. Renek stays mid and regains health via Q. A minute later, Elementz is like ''Hmm Renek is at 40% health, let's force a fight.''
They are basically ignoring what he says.

What's funny is they both do well making calls for their respective teams in WCG, but together they clash badly and make calls that don't mesh well.

They don't have an apparent captian. SV being a jungler has better map control and doesn't let a fight get to him but Hotshot is decisive when he smells blood and comes out the victor more often then not.

What's the point behind higher level players running just a couple of dodge seals instead of all/none?

Because dodge isn't all that great early game and vs any physical dmg spells. You just want enough to have a more reliable chance of nimbleness proccing. The 2% initial can easily be doubled with just 3 dodge seals.

shaco is one of the most powerful champions in the game he is good in 3v3 5v5 and dominion, and always gives heroes trouble who cant range his jack in the boxes
