Armor runes) Irelia is currently very weak early game. Irelia can't chase before phage she gets at most 3 hiten style hits. So once you have spun to won you run away. There is a window at 5-8 where she can do something before that she doesn't have the dps and after that she does not have the dps. The way you beat a Garen lane anyway is farm through it and win 30 min in. | ||

75ish damage per second on spin off DBlade at level 1 isn't too bad though (obviously affected by armor). Would have to try, not 100% certain. | ||
