gotta add haunting guise at the item.

That item is just riddicolously strong early on

stacking rings is way better than guise. It's just not that cost efficient.

Been really busy (if you've noticed I've not been on LoL) but my two cents would be that Guise is really good... if you want magic pen. It + runes + Sorc = 55 pen which is pretty filthy and remains filthy for most of a game. The problem is, who wants armor pen? Not that many heroes value early-game blasting over late-game blasting... so it's like, Annie, and then.......?
