2 boot choices on Ashe right now:
Zerkers and Swifties.
Mercs useless (maybe usefiul 50 minutes into the game), Mobilities only useful if you lack map awareness, Tabi extremely situational, Sorcs imba, CDR boots are nonsense because IE >>> GB/B now. Did I miss something?
C&D is more of a fun item for midgame pushes on Ashe. Don't get it if you expect a long game. Don't get it if your enemies can jump on you easily, all it is be good for is reducing AoE slows.

How can I solo queue？ I only can win if my teammate doesn't stupid, I myself can maintain a good level of play, but doesn't enough to carry if team sucks.
I just start my ranked, so any tip is much appreciated.

A Feeding Noob's experience/lessons:
Play Janna, yell at teammates, get win.
Play ryze, teammates feed, couldn't carry
Play Ali, teammates feed, couldn't carry
So basically, you have to play Janna, babysit the carry (who hopefully has enough IQ to click on an enemy and not die) at bot lane, yell MIAs 24/7, and initiate with flash/ult.

Amumu is a good ez jungle tank, Malphite can jungle but is bad at it.

Nunu is pretty good, especially if you're low level (doesn't need runes as much, and you can go into defense masteries to pick up any survivability you need). Plus he's great for playing against teams with no jungler because he can gank at level 2 and make sure your lanes win.
Pretty much every good jungler is naturally survivable because they are, after all, taking lots of minion damage while jungling.

I'm 4-1 in ranked so far. First game I played duo bot Zilean and lost (played bad + my team was bad too). Other 4 games I jungled and I carried the fuck out of my team in 3 of them (4th game I got carried, whatever).

Two Nunu games (one 4v5) that we won, one Trundle game. The one I got carried I also played Trundle.

I don't even see what the point is in getting zerkers if you plan to get PD, which is quite common on Ashe and ranged carries in general.
As far as I'm concerned, I consider TSM to be the best for a month or two now.

Quite simple: cheap movespeed and attackspeed. Games are decided when you get IE, boots, and maybe 1k extra gold. The ASpd on Zerkers is pretty substantial at that time.

Really I don't like swifties at all. If you get caught, you're dead. In some cases you can get away with mercs + flash but that is team comp dependent. zerkers are the better choice imo than swifties in basically every situation I can think of. If you really need the movespeed on ashe a zeal is a better choice anyway since you get it on her a lot in the first place.
If you get caught as a ranged carry you are DIW and are probably dead anyway.
