I'm still very much convinced that Rumble is OP (despite his ult being bugged and not doing anything at times).
Not sure about the build though.
9/21/0 seems pretty solid. Generic defensive caster runes.

I think Boots + 3 is a solid opening with that setup. I'm favoring Mercs, and since he needs some survivability and I don't get Sorcs, Guise seems like a good idea.
I don't really like Rylais, just gotta hit that E. Hourglass seems nice, your Q still deals damage while you use it.
Revolver isn't too bad I guess, but after Guise I feel I should work on some NLR item.
For magic res probably just QSS or Abyssal.

Ok. Just tried CDR Rumble and I can say for a fact that it doesn't work. Around 15% is probably the best amount due to how it allows you to stay just under overheated while 40% gets you overheated in 4 seconds.

Fuck it.

I was carrying with AP taric. The other team was dazzled.

I pentakilled in a game with Karma vs people who said she sucked. They had it coming.

I constantly silenced the enemy Annie with soraka. She said it was unbearable.

I once got a 20 minute trinity force on udyr. It was beastmode. (oh wait this isn't a joke)

I've only ever had one sona that was actually good in a duo lane. It was music to my ears.

Their leblanc had 300 cs. I couldn't believe my eyes.

I asked spinesheath what it was like carrying his teams at 1500 with janna. He said it was a breeze.

Man this is too easy. I should stop before they I use them all up T_T.
I can think of one every time I look at a champion name LOL. The first one was for blitzcrank. I was hooked after that.

He also has sick scaling with attack speed because of his ultimate, shatter, and healing cd reduction.

I rarely buy new champions and never with money. Lee Sin was really tough to get good with. I usually just go even anyways.

I only use my IP points for new champions. I think it's a lot more fun then a few more runes. I have plenty of runes, the basics like magic pen/armor pen etc.

I average about 45 champions depending on the free-week champs. Let's me swap whenever i get bored, wich is often.

lol first game back to LoL in like 7 months and i got my first pentakill ever with vayne. i went like 1-5 and had shit cs up to about level 12/13. i was 1v2 jax/soraka... we had a roaming eve that helped me but i was still getting owned. i think i bought around 10 health pots. team fights started happening and i did better. then the game disconnected for everyone and i was the last to reconnect cuz i went to browse TL lol. so i was even more behind on cs and levels. after a couple team fights and farming, i caught up a bit. i had just finished my bloodrazer (had cdr boots and trinity force as well) and i hit level 18 on my way to a 5v5 fight. penta gg
