In all seriousness, I could probably hack something up to bypass the Busy stuff (or just make it always give you a normal server status), but I have two finals tomorrow so thats probably not the best usage of my time. If anyone else wants to approach the problem before I get to it: + Show Spoiler [Technical Stuff Inside, BEWARE!] + The request that returns the status is to: http://ll.leagueoflegends.com/pages/launcher/na It returns some JSON with the news articles to display, some variable of unknown function called 'status' that seems to affect the news? and the applicable serverStatus variable. Possible serverStatus values: 0 = Unavailable 1 = Online (Play button enabled) 2 = Busy 3 = Blocked >=4 = undefined My intent is to simply hook the socket reads of the launcher and replace the serverStatus value with Online whenever its Busy. As a quick fix, you could run your own server, create the na file with whatever values, then use your hosts file to redirect requests to ll.leagueoflegends.com to that server. I don't think this has any adverse effects, at least not in my testing. For a more complex approach, you could use PHP or another server scripting language to retrieve the actual values from the riot server, then replace only the serverStatus value and print that. I still think an approach that doesn't require hosts file modification is better, though. Edit: Turns out even if you bypass the busyness at the launcher it won't let you log in once you get inside the client, so that idea is dead (Displays a 'Server is currently busy, please try again later' message). Clever motherfuckers.  | ||
