What do you mean by this question? Everything that's stacks unless it's unique + unique. In other words if you get 2x stark's it won't stack (but since it's aura it will stack with one and only one aura of your ally's stark's)

Lifesteal is not capped. You can go past 100%.

Q: How does lifesteal work? (Credit to Ezreal)

A: Lifesteal IS affected by armor. If you hit for 100, they have 20% reduction, you hit for 80, you have 10% lifesteal you gain 8 hp. Lifesteal stacks additively and doesn't have a hardcap. This means that you could get over 100% lifesteal.

The lifesteal 'cap' as of now is 270% (Sion with lvl 3 ult turned on, 6 Bloodthirsters and Stark's Aura from a teammate), in the sense that it's the highest possible number you can get to AFAIK.

By the way, assuming the opponent has a thornmail and 200 total armor and you have no armor penetration and 30 mres, you need 76% lifesteal in order to not lose health because of the thornmail.

I believe the correct number is 69% lifesteal, e.g.:

You hit for 300 pre-armor, enemy bounces 300*0.3 = 90 magic damage, you take 90/1.3 = 69 magic damage after substracting your MRes. Because enemy has armor 200, your actual damage dealt after armor is 100; you need 69% lifesteal then to heal up the damage from Thornmail.

Uhhhhhh, it's pretty iffy there. Radjacob and Psy just sound like annoyed dudes. But Tap sounds like a pmsing girl (and acts like it sometimes!). Like if you make 1 mistake he'll rage at you then say something like "you know what i'm just getting off vent and going to pretend it is solo q" then run headfirst into a bush into the entire enemy team. Afterwards blaming the team for losing dragon while we lost it because he ran headfirst into a bush. Real lol

I don't know I used to watch/play with Psy a lot on stream and sometimes Radjacob too but they're nowhere near as bad as playing with Tap. The only difference is Tap tries to make you a better player WHILE doing the mistakes he tells you not to.

So it can be hilarious, but lets call it a learning experience!

Mundo: still the most fun champ ever.
Gragas is now a close second though. I hope they buff him a little, because he's pretty squishy right now. I think building more AP and less tank on him might be a good idea.
