Last thing in the world you want vs. a tanky comp is an akali/kat/leblanc. | ||

I mean, he's good at slowing them down and whatnot, but for certain tanks that's irrelevant. For other tanks, he's able to shred and poke them down over the course of a long fight, yes. A malph or mumu, for instance, don't really give a shit that they've been pulsed after they've successfully ulted. In terms of positioning, maybe. Lots of 'tanks' (as opposed to tanky deeps) have static initiation. Kass and anivia can sit far away enough from the fight to poke. LB kinda gets that benefit as well. Kat and akali? Not so much. Tanky deeps, however, just breaks all this shit, because nearly all of them have gap closers and will not die in 1-2 rounds of combo. I'd argue that unless you've got some mass CC, or a kite comp, or something like janna, that the above's not true. Swain might be an exception, since he's ALSO tanky deeps. Jesus the more I think about this, the more I want to go back and play hon and carry with carries. | ||
