Frozen Heart/Soul Shroud - Frozen Heart was already a niche item that only saw use vs physical-heavy teams. Soul Shroud was super-late luxury for support champions. Neither of them have a huge sway on game outcomes or the dynamics of the game (certainly not where it applies to tanky DPS as they seem to imply) so I'm not sure where they're getting the idea that these need nerfs. Anivia R mana cost change - Catalyst is effectively infinite mana for any caster in the 6-10 level range. Mana cost is absolutely not a limiting factor in the RE combo during laning. My bigger beef with this is that Riot makes these small "meaningless" nerfs to champions that aren't relevant at the time, but become hugely relevant once the champion gets a big sweeping nerf (e.g. Garen, Galio, etc.). Oh, and Transfusion is still the 2nd most irritating skill known to man (first being shrooms). | ||

Soon there won't be any decent sources of CDR aside from those. So yesterday I did some T1 15 IP rune combining on my new US account. Since AD marks were buffed and scaling MP5 was nerfed, the number of useful runes has increased and thus the average IP gain should have increased. So I bought 20 T1 AD marks. My first 3 tries yielded T2 flat AD glyphs. Two might have been coincidence, 3 is... suspicious. So I bought a couple of other runes, mixed types of glyphs and seals, and created 3 more runes. This time I got a flat MRes quint, a AP/lvl quint and a flat HP5 seal. Today I thought that maybe the same combination of runes yields the same result, or at least something similar... So I bought 2 sets of mixed 15 IP marks, combined the same set twice and got: A flat mana mark and a flat AD glyph. Results so far: Don't combine 5 marks unless you want flat AD glyphs. | ||

I definitely felt like the glacial storm was too big of a slow. Like you dodge every single Q and feel like a boss outplaying anivia and then she's still evening up with you after 6.
