This gives me some hope that Pekslol might someday be banned from the EU server though. This guy screams in & rapes games wherever he goes (in the negative sense of the word).

And I'm all for a mannered community, and making an example out of this guy might scare some other bad mannered people but there needs to be a trustworthy and robust system that takes care of bad mannered people where the people who judge get the whole story & are neutral to the point of interest.

Back during my dota times (ya'll can relate) there used to be (is) this thing called dota-league where they hired massive amounts of admins just to deal with the amounts of reports so that people get punished for what they do. Now if riot actually propperly starts supporting their game (replays) then not only will this be pheasable, it will be easy to maintain with some propper admins and a decent system.
