Other than UTH they didn't change any balance-related issues. Other things to note include the addition of a timer in duels vs friends and fixing the bug that cards returned to the hand stayed on the board upside-down.
These are the full patch notes:
- General
- Improved friends list sorting based on player status.
- Breaking News will now properly be shown when Hearthstone is undergoing maintenance.
- Reconnect functionality has been enabled for Practice Mode.
- Games in Friendly Play now have a turn timer.
- [iPad] Deck Rename and Deck Delete is now easier to find.
- Card Changes
- Unleash the Hounds (Hunter) now costs 3 (up from 2).
- After much consideration, we have decided to increase the mana cost of Unleash the Hounds to 3. Unleash the Hounds has been dominating all levels of play for quite some time. This change should make the card more fun to play against while still allowing for some big plays when combined with other Hunter cards.
- Bug Fixes
- Winning a game as Lord Jaraxxus will now properly grant credit towards unlocking the Warlock golden hero. You win... BUT YOUR WORLD IS STILL DOOMED!
- Returning an opponent’s minion to their hand will no longer occasionally leave behind a facedown card on the game board.
- Resolved issues that prevented the Fireside Friends card back from being properly unlocked under certain conditions.
- [iPad] Resolved an issue that was causing a client crash when choosing between two options of certain Druid cards.
- [iPad] Resolved an issue where new chat notification bubbles would appear behind the keyboard when in the chat window interface.
- [iPad] Adjusted the location of where enlarged versions of cards appear so that they are easier to see when selected.
- [iPad] Resolved an issue where the client may sometimes use the incorrect default language.
- Other bug fixes and UI improvements.
Uncredited changes, thanks rd:

The turn timer is pretty major for tournaments, no waiting for 5+ minutes to decide what to do.

huge for tournaments! excited to see how people play with time pressure now.
Unleash the misplays!

Well, as expected, is going to take 2-3 hours for the server to go back to normal. Better play another thing.

That actually was an issue (albeit non-urgent). I just assumed you couldn't name/rename decks on the ipad version.

Disconnected from 5 Arenas in a row all of which I was winning convincingly.
I hate patches.

I hate patches. i assume somebody forgot to auto-disconnect all players and now players with different versions play against each other which causes the dc.

Is the timer for friendlies the countdown we see in the other modes? Or does it mean an actual timer, counting how long each turn has taken? If it's the former it kinda feels like they're trying to fix a non-issue while actually making things worse in some circumstances (e.g. I'm playing with a friend and we're talking through moves that we're making)

Yeah, it would have probably been ideal if they had added the time limit for friendly matches as an optional option instead of forcing it.

It's definitely needed for tournaments, there have been some instances where players are dead (opponent has lethal and all spectators can see this) but they take about 2-3 minutes trying to figure out the best possible chance they can give themselves of staying in the game, only to find that it was pointless the next turn. Despite this I do think not making it an option was a mistake.

Why not make the turn timer in friendly matches an option rather than a requirement??
Poor play Blizz

Poor play Blizz the technology isn't there yet. . . oh wait, wrong game
I guess it takes another 3 months of friendly hints from the community and 2 patches to implement that

They'd need at least a month to just implement two buttons to choose between. But yeah, that's ridiculous. I often play with a friend, we talk through all possible moves, watch streams at the same time and sometimes go afk to make food or take a trip to the bathroom. That all won't be possible because we have a timer.

Trump will never win another tournament game ever again.

That still is a pretty bad thing. Yes, 90 seconds might be good for 95% of the turns, but every once in a while there's going to be a very crucial turn that would require extra time. In my opinion, having 90 seconds normally with 2 turns per match that allows you to extend it to 180 seconds would be much better. Even in ladder I sometimes just run out of time while going through all the possibilities and that in my opinion would really ruin tournament matches... Losing because you simply didn't have enough time.

You have enough time. Play faster.
