I have been inspired by this thread http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=97137 to uncover the mystery of my hand size.
The OP of the above thread says that his hands are about 18cm (or 7 inches) from the base of the wrist to the tip of the middle finger. He then claims that his hands are pretty small for being in the U.S. Well, now my hand size feels threatened as my hands are only 19cm long (measured the same way of course) and I thought my hands were kinda on the larger side of size.

Now, I realise that this is just hand length and not really size, but its good enough for me.

My hands are 19-20cm long, and I thought that they were a bit above average in size. I am 20 years old (male) with ~350 posts and am currently D on ICCUP but have been solidly D+ in seasons past.

I thought it was great/really great... My whole family including my mother has big Hands and everyone is a bit over average height (Brother, Father and I are all over 183 but none is over 189, Mother is well over 170i).
Oh, and our feets are also big -.-... Having a choice of more than 2 diffrent pair of shoes in a shop is like heaven, most of the times i'm happy if there is one pair.

no actually i believe that it was, the size of your foot was related to the size of your dick, but that myth was proven wrong, I can't remember how or when it was proven wrong but it just was.

I've always felt my hands were larger in proportion to my body size than normal, but actually measuring them they are but only slightly, so pretty average seeing as I'm 5' 10".
I do have a large span but I have crooked-at-the-last-knuckle pinkies (recessive genetic trait from my mother) that makes them seem shorter than they are. Makes it hard to play bass, which is fine because I play drums instead

My hands seem perfectly sized for the Dualshock 3. A 360 controller still feels big-ish which makes me wonder who the hell they were modelling the ergonomics for.

I don't think I've never met an adult with smaller hands than mine. According to this poll though, at 19 cm, my hands are dead average. I must be hanging out with some people with giant hands.

I don't have a ruler, but UGH I hate my stubby fingers. Yet for some reason I'm excellent at complicated and fiddly beading work (sewing stuff.) and I also apparently type very quickly for someone who only uses two fingers.
