Oh inc a question or two; How much time did they allow for you guys to practice on the actual instruments before you had to perform in front of the donnas? And have you ever played a guitar before?

And Geoff deserves his own show period, I can not being to relate after the weeks of living with him exactly HOW funny, entertaining, and amazing he is. Your lucky he belongs to this community and I think you will all be very proud of him.

If that's not enough... given that the games are only played at the end for less than 5 minutes, how would they play an RTS game in that time-frame? a or b... I actually think they are gonna be a RTS-Game in there ![]() But think about it: - 8 weeks to be aired if I'm not mistaken, they cannot show only FPS and Beat'em Ups in that time... - The Game itself and the gaming time seems not to be a much of a problem, since they are more focused on the "Reality"-Show concept ... i didn't see to much Guitar Hero stuff, too... - It's the WCG ![]() - The main sponsor is Samsung and might be clueless about whats "hip" and "cool"... ^^ - As a real life challenge they can dance like JDong! But to the games-thing... aren't the games posted on the official site the games which they also had picked`? oO Edit: Thanks for the tip with Hotspot Shield (I forgot who it was :p ) It works really well!!

Too bad I missed the first episode. Had to wake up at 5:30AM, but I definitely try to watch the next one. Why so serious? anyway Two words: Halo Wars It's the best bet for an RTS game being played because it's new, Halo is a popular name, and it is strategically as shallow as a kiddie pool, so I wouldn't be surprised if they throw it in there. And obviously they wouldn't show the whole game, they would cut to a few battles and show the loser leaving the game, kind of like how they didn't show the whole rock band song.

It's much more likely you'll be good at Guitar Hero if you previously played guitar, or any instrument for that matter since the game is about timing and pressing down 5 different "buttons", than you being good at real guitar if you previously played Guitar Hero. And it's not even close. The techniques you learn in GH are either quite different from an actual guitar, or a greatly simplified version of it. You essentially are only playing a one string, 5 "fret" guitar (very loosely resembles frets on an actual guitar). The only part that GH really helps you out with is understanding timing somewhat. You should probably actually read his post before telling him he's wrong.
