It'd impossible to regulate, that and it'd give the government power over who can get kids and who doesn't which is just wrong. Stupid suggestion, I didn't even see that you were going there with your original post because it's so rediculous. I use what the fuck when I see fit, like when someone uses a thread to suggest rediculous ideas. I use it to express the sincerity my confusion, like why the fuck would you try and suggest such an idea without putting some thought into it first. | ||
