Haha. For the record I think 90% of people lose to the dog.

That said I know for a fact that a human would win this fight provided they know what they are doing.

I say human 70%
Dog 30%

Comes down to human knowing how to choke properly and being able to consciously let the dog bite your arm.

Edit: Yeah also if your in decent shape I'm fairly sure you can kill a dog with a body triangle by snapping its spine.
Peruvian necktie/guillotine would without a doubt work the most effectively because you would render the dogs bite useless behind your shoulder (much harder position to get into though.)

Haha are mods gone from this thread? He can insult americans so harshley and not even get a warning? Is it because he says hes U.S? I dont get it.

There is really isnt much of a fucking difference between how hard americans and europeans work. In all honestly tho if you were ganna compare it would probably be Americans working harder than a typical western european. Americans and Europeans have it fucking easy compared to the rest of the world. Tho I know that what I'll say wont change your downright ignorance so I'll not argue

I am an American, not biased.
Just saying that if you're taking the average human from America you're likely to get someone who's overweight or obese.
From Europe you are at least likely to get someone who is thin.

Don't see how you can really argue with that??

This scenario basically happened to me.

I was decorating a guys house and he had a big german shepard as a guard dog. It was always locked away when i went to the dudes house but it barked and jumped at the fence like crazy constantly.

One time I go round and the gate was open it ran up to me and bit my leg i kicked it and it ran away and the guy came out and stopped it. My leg was bleeding and shit. Anyways the next time I go there i check and the gates open again and it starts barking and running at me, I knew it was coming to attack me (again) like it did the week before.

When it jumped up at me I grabbed out with my hands and ended up grabbing its back legs. As it knocked me over i pulled its legs away from eachother and dislocated them it just couldnt move and was whimpering on the floor, I felt really bad and the guy came out and fucking told me to gtfo without paying me. But the dog ended up walking again I think.

I guess I got fucking lucky with how it happened and it certainly would have fucked me up i didnt grab its legs

Because the majority of Americans are not obese or overweight. Granted we have a huge problem, it's far from that 50% point. To just assume a far American is biased.

As for me. Personally I wouldn't put too much money on myself to defeat a german shepard, I'm fairly skinny and I don't know if I would win or not.

This thread is fucked up.
Why would you want to fight to death with a german sheperd?
How could you not win? There is no way the german shepard would win.

This thread is fucked up.

wait, so this guy left his gate open that was suppose to pen up his violent German Shepard not once, but TWICE, and after it had already once attacked you? And to top it all off, he had the nerve to yell at you for defending yourself because he's too much of a dumbass to lock his dog up? What a fucking doofus.

This thread isn't about our opinion on the morality of killing a dog. It's a simple poll on your thoughts on if worse comes to worse, who do you think would live.

I think if the person can get his arm around the dog's neck, it's over. Even if the dog gets to the person's throat, as long as it doesn't puncture anything major immediately, the guy could wrestle it off pretty quickly. In my opinion I just feel like a person can get a dog off of him a lot easier than a dog can get a person off of it. It comes down to the person's pain threshold because if you can think clearly enough to head lock it while being bit like a ton of people have said, it's not that hard to kill.

This. Just get your arms around the dogs neck and its over. Sure he might bite your arm/hand and it will hurt, but I don't see how an adult would lose to any dog.

Some people have absolutely no idea how scary military dogs are. I know a lot of people who went to the army, they say that they wouldn't screw around with those dogs

Ya I don't think anyone in their right mind would even want to attempt to do this against a trained attack dog.

dogs are essientally pack animals one dog alone wouldnt kill many people in a fight, if this werent true people wouldnt keep dogs as pets sure we can use weapons but who wants a pet that you need a weapon to subdue, grated some people would get badly hurt and some people would just not put up a fight but overall if an average sized male in decent shape is fighting full out against a german sheapord the man would win, no contest, he might need some sewing up after...

No one said that its was a trained military dog vs a random scrub off the street. Just an average dog vs an average person.

Compare that to a human equivalent though like a Navy SEAL and that dog gets slaughtered.

Anyway I think people said it pretty well. If it latches onto an arm or leg it already lost since you can just put it in a headlock with your other arm which it can't counter in any way since it lacks useful arms. The only way it can win is to jump at your neck, but humans are smart enough to protect that. Just have your arms in the way.
Life is too short to take it seriously.

I think a decent sized male could win against nearly any dog (as long as it's to the death, and they know/accept that).
Idk about an average woman vs. A very large/threatening dog, though. Idk if it's sexist, but I just don't think most chicks would be strong enough to win...
