That makes at least 1 of them wrong, and if 1 is wrong they might as well all be wrong. the only one that would be wrong would be the one that says it found pools of steel. The one that says stell couldn't have melted is correct.

psylo has accumulated a mind boggling 110 posts in this thread, roughly 21% percent of all posts! An impressive feat indeed, he hit the century mark on page 24, while i hold the untouched record for most posts in a row with 5 or 6 , i forget which one! O logic comes in at a not so distant 2nd in total posts (i didnt bother counting his pots) while blackjack is third and i am fourth! i did this all just now out of pure curiousity because i am that freakin cool

Any nation that pursues WMD is a threat, particularly those who have yet to prove themselves capable of stable leadership. The whole region needs stabilization - it has since, oh... Joshua (from the Bible). this is in interesting point to bring up. the CIA had under cover operatives involved in this bombing. they could have stopped it, but thuought the person would provide more information. so basically, they could have stopped the bombing of the WTC, but didnt. read up on the matter.. also, clinton did have ambitions of war. he signed the iraq liberation act, and launched operatin dessert fox, which bombed the crap out of iraq. what this shows though, is that he knew that he would not have the support to bring in ground troops, further leading to the idea that the bush administration needed 9-11 to go into iraq. Clinton never sent ground troops in anywhere. In fact, as far as military matters are concerned, I consider Clinton the worst President since Jefferson or Madison. He had many opportunities to get his hands on Osama bin Laden, and turned them down. As goes for economic matters go, the recession started in his term! Not to mention the man's amorality. Honestly, I can't think of a worse example for contrast. I also bring to your attention that Spain has joined the list of countries providing military support. actually he did, but he chose to sit in a classroom for 30 minutes after he learned of the attacks reading abuot gouts. Curious, one of your own sources said 5 (after the second tower was hit and it was unquestionably a terrorist attack). Even the 30 minutes from the first tower being hit is a reasonable amount of time. You don't think the Secret Service was doing anything? Maybe they weren't scoping every building around? In an attack on the country, their first priority is the security of the President. And technically the responsibility falls on the FAA to make such a call to NORAD. i still have not seen any evidence to show option 3 is realistic. even if option 3 is true, there is still neglect and someone needs to be held accountable for.. people did not do there jobs, and people are dead.. this is what i think we have established. 1)the bush administration had an ideology of military aggression, especially concerning the middle east. it was also a part of there policy, shown by cheney energy resource plan. Um... no, not really. Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates all export a fair amount of oil to the United States. Just because a gov't doc has the word "Iraq" in it, does not solidify your argument. 2)a government is capable of allowing such things to happen.(quite frankly, u are the most naive person ive come across if u think otherwise) Capable? Yes. Is it plausible though? No. Think of how many people the government would have to buy. Someone would speak up eventually. 3)there is a serious conflict of interest in the administration. there is a large financial incentive to go to war in the middle east. Oh sure, there is a large financial incentive - and a huge human interest discouragement. Frankly I think if you can prevent the Islamic fundamentalists from blowing up your ever oil well and every oil worker, then bravo! you deserve it. Just think of the costs of having to protect and rebuild wells and pipelines all over the country. 4)there has been a clear effort to mislead the people about what happend on 9-11, what theuy knew, and also why we are going to war. Such as? no body has, or can, prove these wrong.. these are not circumstantial. now we can not draw the conclusion from this, abuot the differance between option 2 and 3, that i have previously described. the differance has to do with what they knew, and what they did. now looking at that evidence, i beleive i have shown 7 things: (see links above-all "credible" sources) 1)they knew something was coming involving plans And as I stated, Hitler knew d-day was coming. 2)government officials thuoght this was strong enough evidence not to fly To fly commercially. I doubt many government officials fly commercially to begin with. Maybe they simply heard there were threats of hi-jackings. Pre-9/11, hi-jackings were fairly easy to pull off (as 9-11 proved). I am sure there have been times when government officials stopped flying commercially before, based on threats, that turned out to be nothing. 3)they knew the WTC could be/at some point were a target(look at links above) So could the George Washington Bridge, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, the Capitol Building, the White House, the Pentagon, any of the numerous monuments in D.C., any of the airports on the east coast, theme parks in Florida, or how about the West coast? The Golden Gate bridge, down-town San Francisco, maybe even 3-Com Park! Fact of the matter is, there are hundreds if not thousands of targets for terrorists to choose from in a country as populated and economically affluent as ours. 4)the govenment turned down information from from other goverment concerning osama I don't recall seeing these links? I don't think you "turn down" information from other governments, I think you read it and decide as to whether or not its solid enough to act upon. 5)bush ordered an investigation stopped abuot osama, before 9-11 I don't recall seeing this either. 6)the president was briefed abuot possible airline attacks from aug 6, right up till sep 11. What was he going to do? There were several thousand flights every day, and I agree, he could've issued a travel advisory, but then he may have been tipping the terrorists off to wait for a quieter day. If a President issues travel advisory warnings everytime he is briefed about a possible attack, he'll look like he's jumping at ghosts. 7)bush opposed an independant investigation into 9-11. 1) Link? 2) I'll respond after I read it, no doubt something was omitted. now.. honestly tell me that the dots were not connected. the third scenario(they did not know, but used to advantage for those not keeping up) implies many things. for one, it implies that the bush administrations policy, and corporate incentives, played NO ROLE in how the information was handled before 9-11. do u honestly think that this is possible, for anyone?? it implies that the idea to capitilize on 9-11 occured after 9-11, but somehow not before?? the pnac even said they needed a catastrophe.. the evidence is very heavily waited towards scenario 2. Weighted* In a word... yeah. You are also bringing in a huge moral compromise. Bush essentially ran his campaign on old fasioned values. He's pro-life, pro-gun, pro-chastity, anti-sex ed (link), and here you are accusing him of the largest case of negligence in the history of our country, consequentially of being a liar and a hypocrite. Bush might not be the smartest, or best spoken individual, but thats asking me to believe a few too many things.

Any nation that pursues WMD is a threat, particularly those who have yet to prove themselves capable of stable leadership. The whole region needs stabilization - it has since, oh... Joshua (from the Bible). then what abuot isreal? they have violated more UN resolutions than any other nation in the world.. i have a feeling your religious bias may come into play? Clinton never sent ground troops in anywhere. In fact, as far as military matters are concerned, I consider Clinton the worst President since Jefferson or Madison. He had many opportunities to get his hands on Osama bin Laden, and turned them down. As goes for economic matters go, the recession started in his term! Not to mention the man's amorality. Honestly, I can't think of a worse example for contrast. I also bring to your attention that Spain has joined the list of countries providing military support. i will not defend clinton.. bush also had an opertunity to attack osama and did not. i know the recession started in his term, as the boom started in bush sr's term, but what is the relevance of this? or his "amorality"? Curious, one of your own sources said 5 (after the second tower was hit and it was unquestionably a terrorist attack). Even the 30 minutes from the first tower being hit is a reasonable amount of time. You don't think the Secret Service was doing anything? Maybe they weren't scoping every building around? In an attack on the country, their first priority is the security of the President. And technically the responsibility falls on the FAA to make such a call to NORAD. the video showing him sit is 5 minutes long, let alone what happened after this video.. compare this to reports of cheney being whisked away immidietly to secure areas. either way, the point is he did not even put himself into a position to act. does that fact that he was in a school make a differance? what if he was told the country was under attack, but then decided to have lunch before he dealth with it. would u defend that too? the FAA did not communicate with norad. blaim it on the FAA. blaim it on norad. either way, someone stood down. protocol was not followed.why? Um... no, not really. Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates all export a fair amount of oil to the United States. Just because a gov't doc has the word "Iraq" in it, does not solidify your argument it did not say "iraq" in it. it showed a map with iraq oil fields in it. this was done before 9-11. how do u suppose cheney was thinking of tapping into those? i have provided a link to the actual report already.. Capable? Yes. Is it plausible though? No. Think of how many people the government would have to buy. Someone would speak up eventually. the govenment has already "bought" people. ever heard of operation mocking bird? 400 mainstream journalist were on the CIA's pay roll. Oh sure, there is a large financial incentive - and a huge human interest discouragement. Frankly I think if you can prevent the Islamic fundamentalists from blowing up your ever oil well and every oil worker, then bravo! you deserve it. Just think of the costs of having to protect and rebuild wells and pipelines all over the country. human interest discouragemnet, yes.. but, the bush administration belelive one unilateral super power is the only way to global peice. now, compare the human interest of global peice to 3000 people. the idealogy outways the reality of what happened. i hope u honestly dont think that bush has been honest about this... u think he hasny mislead the people? as to information about government investigating osama, and informatino being turned down, i have already provided the links.. To fly commercially. I doubt many government officials fly commercially to begin with. Maybe they simply heard there were threats of hi-jackings. Pre-9/11, hi-jackings were fairly easy to pull off (as 9-11 proved). I am sure there have been times when government officials stopped flying commercially before, based on threats, that turned out to be nothing. maybe its just a matter of perception, but if there is intelligence clear enough to stop government officials from flying commercially, and they dont even issue a travel advisory, i see that as something that is wrong. u are doing a lot of justification of clear cases of neglect. hijackings dont have to be easy. technically, they shouldnt be, but lack of government regulation makes it so. El Al airlines in isreal has not had a hi jacking in what, 30 years? and this is isreal we are talking abuot... stopping hijackings is possible. once again, neglect.. and u may try to say "o but it wasnt a problem before so why wuold they spend the cash", or some other similiar justification. but hijackings have been a problem all over the world, and the only reason that the government has not forced airlines to beaf up security is becuase of corporate ties and lobbying, not becuase of the interest of the people. So could the George Washington Bridge, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, the Capitol Building, the White House, the Pentagon, any of the numerous monuments in D.C., any of the airports on the east coast, theme parks in Florida, or how about the West coast? The Golden Gate bridge, down-town San Francisco, maybe even 3-Com Park! Fact of the matter is, there are hundreds if not thousands of targets for terrorists to choose from in a country as populated and economically affluent as ours. why not a nuke plant? how about the many military bases they flew right by on the way to impact? regardless of the target, something could have been done. What was he going to do? There were several thousand flights every day, and I agree, he could've issued a travel advisory, but then he may have been tipping the terrorists off to wait for a quieter day. If a President issues travel advisory warnings everytime he is briefed about a possible attack, he'll look like he's jumping at ghosts. have u provided any evidence that shows how many times there is information leading to a hijacking? you heavily rely on the argument that there was just sooo much information, but u havnt shown where u get this impression, except maybe the bush administrations propaganda they push thruogh the media. i am not saying that there is not alot of info. but do u know how specific it is? how many people are analyizing it? a link already provided, says that newsweek reports pentagon officials cancelled there 9-11 flight plans, on 9-10. that is not some general date in time. they obviously knew a pretty good time period when something was coming. Bush might not be the smartest, or best spoken individual, but thats asking me to believe a few too many things. are u trying to say that bush is to moral for this? just becuase he adivertises himself as such, does not make it so. he was a drunk. he sniffed coke. he lies. his anti-sex ed(dont know why u think this is moral anyway) policy is stopping him from giving aid to africa, that would help the fight with aids. are u telling me this is moral? it seems that u base much of your argument on excuses, and not truths.the "how could we know" and "what could he do" argument is not an excuse for not acting. this debate seems like it can probably retire. there is obviously a perception differance between us that will not change. i respect your opinion on the matter, and i appreciate the work u have put into this debate, but i just cant draw the same conclusions as u given the information.

- 57,000 pages just reviewed for declassification. God knows how many more are still classified. Link (review the Index) Note how many are RNS and RIP (non-substantiative and substantiative deletions). Now these are simply the declassified bits of information, on the USSR alone. Granted it spans close to 4 decades, but I am of the opinion that most information was not declassified. FBI FBI FOIA Just browse around... I didn't see any numbers listed there, but I recall having heard (though I'm not claiming this as factual in any way) that the FBI gets as many as 1,000 or 2,000 tips a day. DOJ FOIA Home Now... with that cleared up (sort of..), the Cheney Energy Plan did include maps of Iraqi Oil Fields - also Saudia Arabian and UAE oil fields. Chevron is the second largest importer of Iraqi oil in the world. Based on these facts, I consider your use of this as "evidence" based on something purely coincidental. As regards Israel, I do not defend them in any way - they should be held accountable for their actions, as should Palestine. Pertaining to the Israeli airline - find me a period in the last 30 years when Israel wasn't mired in conflict, or subjected to terrorist activity on a weekly basis. 400 mainstream journalists is a lot - this however, would require thousands, if you think of all the logistics involved. Whats more, the 400 journalists obviously didn't keep their mouths shut, if you know about it. That just furthers my point. 3000 people dead from the WTC/Pentagon/Flight 93 - 300+ dead from the war (not including Iraqi casualities) and the threat of continued violence, not to mention monetary loss (destroyed facilities/equipment) so long as any Islamic fundamentalists, or an American presence, exists in the Middle East. As for Bush - he doesn't just advertise his morality, he has put it into practice. If you read the link I provided you regarding sex-ed, it refers strictly to matters within the States (recent sexual education programs suggesting children as young as 5 be taught about masturbation and homosexuality). I know, the man made lots of mistakes, did drugs, etc. People can change, though.

I just cannot see how you can say that Bush is any more or any less moral then Clinton. Clinton lied about being adultry to the American public, Bush lies about reasons to send off americans to kill and be killed. As for your quote, I really hope it is different within the context of where it came from, otherwise it sounds rather hateful.
