there's a rum bottle in my kitchen... but i started powerlifting (healthy diet too) a couple months ago... but the bottle is still there... i want that bottle... please... T.T... fuck what will coach say if he saw me holding a rum bottle... damn!

Actually most of them make no sense what so ever.....

alcohol and working out is the best diet. Drink plenty of fluids and eat a salad every now and then(with chicken if u want meat) and before you know it you'll be losing weight and killing ur liver. The hard part is avoiding to eat when you encounter the drunk munchies.

shoulda got her number and met up with her the next weekend. It's a pretty simple task. I try not to ruin my night with less then three#'s a night out. You have three back up plans no matter what. If you succeed to get two to concur at the same event the following week, you than have two broads including the others in the event to work with. This works well. You have to own up to your alpha maleness. Let's practice as if this was iccup.
