Actually most of them make no sense what so ever..... there's a rum bottle in my kitchen... but i started powerlifting (healthy diet too) a couple months ago... but the bottle is still there... i want that bottle... please... T.T... fuck what will coach say if he saw me holding a rum bottle... damn! alcohol and working out is the best diet. Drink plenty of fluids and eat a salad every now and then(with chicken if u want meat) and before you know it you'll be losing weight and killing ur liver. The hard part is avoiding to eat when you encounter the drunk munchies. | ||
