Wow. My upload speed is fast. I believe I use the Earthlink cable gaming plan My actual surfing is far slower than this. Before I always had a 60kb download cap (never had been able to achieve faster rates anywhere), but lately with bitorrent it had been possible to achieve a 150kb cap. Nowhere near 1mb, and it falls significantly below the advertised speed. Does anyone get download speeds anywhere near the test results? And even possibly the advertised speed? I find this speed test to be more informative. I get similar dl/ul speeds, but it also shows web surfing speeds, which are much slower (avg ~230kb) | ||
