When you have someone fall out of a window or commit suacide with multiple bullets to the back of the head you make a statement. And that is that your guys can come and kill anyone personally and they can't do anything about it. This is either because they couldnt get to him in any other way or because Putin needs plausible deniability because he can't make an example of him. Either way it feels weak. | ||
