I had opinion who will win this election, who I think is better and so on. To my knowledge though I never even insinuated that I have expert knowledge about the process of president electing his cabinet.

Agreed. Even the shittier conservatives of the past such as xDaunt at least added some perspective when not operating in bad faith. Personally I'm much more interested in broadening my own understanding and stretching some communication muscles than I am trying to change anyone's mind.

To be fair, I very rarely read posts from most people I'd identify as "conservative" (quotation marks basically indicating Trump-apologist) since I find the posts extremely long, often detached from what I'd identify as reality, and I have a hard time feeling that theres any real fruit that is born from the conversations, so maybe you're all getting more from them than I'm seeing, though when I do read the back and forths it doesnt seem like it lol
