Growing up, there were times when even $100 less food stamps would have meant going hungry. There are many people on my childhood situation. Biden won't cut food stamps. He's deeply flawed, but I wouldn't have liked going to bed hungry if I knew it was because Biden wasn't progressive enough.

But I fully recognize my choice deals primarily in personal reasons. I’m definitely glad I didn’t take the civil servant route back in early 2016. For all the “candidates are the same” talk we might have, it’s definitely a uniquely Trump phenomenon that the entire system of government employment has become an unprecedented circus.

I genuinely don't know which of the two outcomes is worse for the left, it's a grim future. Agree, so I just focus on the childhood I had and focus on what will help them short term. I fought through it, but it was hard. I want more kids to have the same shot I got.

Either way unless corona gets way worse I expect Trump won't have a lot of trouble defeating Biden at this stage, so that might not come into question very much. Remember 2019? Years are apparently insane nowadays. I'm done predicting what will happen even a couple months in the future

At this moment, I think the odds of Biden/Sanders winning have never been better, and they will continue to improve. There is a distinct crisis of confidence in the markets and we haven’t even begun to experience the effects of coronavirus here.

It's difficult to track how much negative corona influence is enough or not. Maybe you're right that this is already enough, but I don't really think so. Negative signs from Michigan and Wisconsin, and not enough positive from Florida.

I am confused what your negative signs are?

Those are polls of how people see the candidates and the president. favouble and non favourable percentages. I saw them on cnn today. It doesnt translate directly to how people plan to vote in the election. Cnn was discussing a specific group of voters as well. A group of voters who does not like the president but who do like what he has done with the economy. This group could be rather large and they could probably vote either way, swing voters.

People are free to vote for Biden or whomever they want, but they shouldn't argue they are doing it for poor people.

The Democratic debate is still scheduled for this Sunday but will look a little different. According to the Democratic National Committee, there will be no live audience for the debate on March 15. www.azfamily.com

Yeah both campaigns wanted it and have canceled rallies. The sit-down part was Biden's idea according to the Sanders campaign, Biden and the DNC say it was the DNC and CNN that decided it without Biden having a preference.
